ציור כפרי

מאז ומעולם קישט האדם את עצמו וסביבתו באיורים וצבע. סגנון ציור מעניין התפתח בקרב האיכרים, יושבי ההרים, במאה ה-16 או ה-17. סגנון זה מהווה את הבסיס לסגנון שאנו נוהגים לכנות היום "ציור כפרי".

רישום דמויות ותמונות מסביבת מחייתו אפשר לאדם, להביע רגשות ולציין שייכות תרבותית. קישוט חפצי בית ומשטחים באופן זה נקרא לעיתים 'ציור עממי', 'ציור כפרי' או בגרמנית: 'BAUERNMALEREI' שפירושו ציור איכרים.
את עקרונות הציור ניתן לממש על משטחי ציור שונים: עץ, זכוכית, טכסטיל ומתכת. וכן ניתן להשתמש בטכניקות אלו לשיפוץ וחידוש ריהוט.
על מנת לעסוק בציור כפרי אין צורך בידע מוקדם בציור.
השם BAUERNMALEREI מחזיר אותנו אל המאה ה-16 או ה-17 לספירה, אז החלו להציג יצירות אלה במוזיאונים. המוטיבים המקוריים בעלי משמעות סימבולית חזקה, בעיקר דתית.
עיצובים שונים התפתחו בבוואריה שבגרמניה, באוסטריה ובשוויץ הדבר ניכר בעיקר באופן ציור הפרחים. למעשה, התפתח סגנון ציור זה בקרב האיכרים, יושבי ההרים, בעיקר בחודשי החורף המושלגים. הם היו בונים רהיטי עץ פשוטים ומעטרים אותם. מאוחר יותר הפכו העיטורים מבוקשים בקרב העשירים. ציירים נודדים עברו מחצר עשירים אחת לאחרת ועיטרו ריהוט, בעיקר מיטות, כלי נגינה ועוד.
בתקופת הרנסנס (המאה ה-16 עד ה-17) צוירו המוטיבים על עץ לא מעובד. הדוגמאות סימטריות והגוונים הוגבלו לשחור או שחור ואדום.
תקופת הבארוק (המחצית הראשונה של המאה ה-18) מאופיינת בכיסוי של שטח פני העץ בציור. העיצובים הסימטריים הפכו לצבעוניים יותר, עשירים ומעודנים יותר.
תקופת הרוקוקו (המחצית השניה של המאה ה-18) מאופיינת בעיצובים פחות סימטריים ובהעשרת הצבע ביותר אור. הפרחים נראים טבעיים יותר, צל וסקרולים משולבים ביניהם.
לקראת מחצית המאה ה-19, הפרחים מצויירים ביתר צניעות, משולבים לא פעם בקשת. פני המשטח הרקע נצבע כבאופן המחקה / מעתיק מוטיבים וטקסטורות מהצומח.
היום מורכב הציור הכפרי מהציור המסורתי ורעיונות אישיים של היוצר. הציור המסורתי לא הועתק בשלמותו ויש כאן שילוב מעניין בין ישן וחדש, מסורתי ומודרני בטכניקות ציור, עיצוב, סגנון וצבע.

Decorative painting

Since the beginning of mankind, man has decorated himself and his environment with drawings and color.
"Bauernmalerei" – "Farmers' Painting", or Folk art, is a very simple yet effective form of art that takes us back to Europe of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.

Bauernmalerei was painted mostly by farmers during the long wintertime. They used to create simple pieces of furniture & decorate them with these paintings.
Most of the motives at the time, had strong religious symbolic meanings.

Today decorative paintings combine traditional painting with modern painting & modern techniques, along with the creator's personal ideas and methods.

Ida Kirshner, my friend & teacher, introduced this exciting world of decorative painting to me, and I "fell in love" with it immediately.

I paint on a variety of surfaces, such as: Wood, Glass, textile, metal & renewed furniture.

My specialities are photograph decorations & my unique painted guest books.
